This article reports on the results of a $25,000 Teagle grant to the Minnesota Private College Council to plan the infrastructure for sector-wide transfer arrangements with the two-year campuses of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MSCU) based on an assessment of opportunities for more independent colleges to participate in the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum and recruit community college students from MSCU.
