$350,000 over 36 months to implement the Iowa Private Liberal Arts Transfer Program, which aims to establish sector-wide transfer pathways for six majors—biology, chemistry, history, psychology, sociology, and English—that mirror similar popular pathways to Iowa public four-year institutions, launch a guaranteed transfer admission program for eligible associate degree completers, and establish a reverse transfer policy to encourage reciprocity with the sending two-year community colleges.
