Grant Summary
$300,000 over 42 months University of Guam to implement I Chalan Mo’na (The Road Ahead), a Knowledge for Freedom program that will give promising underserved high school seniors from Guam an opportunity to participate in a two-week humanities seminar and a school-year college support and civic engagement program. The seminar will focus on the theme of self-determination, particularly as it relates to the history of Guam.
