Grant Summary
$250,000 over 36 months to build a common intellectual experience anchored in common readings across English composition; run an interdisciplinary capstone seminar that will transfer as a general education elective in Maryland’s statewide transfer core; and bring together faculty across departments to embed transformative texts in general education courses tagged by the Center for Liberal Arts Work (CLAW); and administer letters of recognition for students who complete at least 12 credits of CLAW tagged sections of general education.
