Grant Summary
$25,000 over 12 months to lay the groundwork for integrating transformative texts into two first-year general education courses taken in common by all undergraduates, with an eye to creating a common intellectual experience for incoming students, and for designing three-course general education clusters to ensure students in professionally oriented degree programs have more cohesive pathways through the existing upper-level general education requirements and are better prepared to link the humanities to their professional aspirations.
