Grant Summary
$225,000 over 24 months to embed common readings in ENG 111 and ENG 112 required of all incoming students, create a core-text stream through general education, and launch a 12-credit certificate to incentivize course-taking in the humanities. In addition to ENG 111 and ENG 112, all students at Dillard are required to take a World Literature course. The proposed certificate will require those three courses plus at least one more upper-level humanities course in English or Theatre.
