Grant Summary

The Independent School Placement Program places students at independent day and boarding schools and competitive high schools, nationwide. ISP candidates receive a full year of preparation before entering the independent school, including secondary school admission test preparation, tutoring, application assistance, and parent outreach. Once placed, Boys' Club of New York staff maintains contact with students, monitoring their academic progress and socio-emotional adjustment. They also assist with guidance, test prep, admissions, and financial aid for college.
