Grant Summary
$25,000 over 12 months to plan for a “Justice, Humans, and the Natural World” program organized around a sequence of courses, starting with a pre-matriculation common reading, and then coordinated within first-year writing seminars that engage with additional common transformative texts and serve as a gateway to a sequence of upper-level courses. The aim is to establish a new Justice, Humans, and the Natural World thematic correlate sequence, which is analogous to a minor and is recorded on student transcripts.
