Grant Summary
$50,000 over 24 months to Bringing Theory to Practice Project (BTtoP) to help support production of The Civic Series, a five-volume set of monographs designed to deepen understanding of faculty and administrators of the theory and practice of the “civic,” and its expression in a democratic society and in higher education. Each volume will be available to be downloaded free and will include suggestions on how to use the publication to stimulate campus discussion and action. The monographs will be used in a series of half-day seminars on 80-100 campuses.
